User-generated content, app logs, and analytics data may be stored up to 12 months unless needed longer for support or legal purposes and/or for as long as necessary to support ongoing app development, performance monitoring, and operational needs. Requests for deletion of this data are not supported due to its anonymized and aggregated nature.

8. Consent and Data Collection

By using Mzansi Charades, you consent to the automatic collection of device, performance, and usage data. This includes (but is not limited to) crash reports, app interaction metrics, device model, and operating system version.

This data is essential for maintaining and improving the app experience. It is collected by default and does not require user opt-in. Users cannot opt out of this data collection, and requests for deletion of this technical data are not supported.
