Welcome to Mzansi Charades! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mzansi Charades mobile application ("App"), developed and operated by Pulse Orbit ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Use of the App

  • The App is for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.
  • You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App.
  • You may not use the App for any illegal or harmful purpose.

3. User-Generated Content

  • Some features may allow users to create or submit their own charade content.
  • By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and share that content in connection with the App.
  • You agree not to submit offensive, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or copyrighted material without permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App and its content (excluding user content) remain the property of Pulse Orbit. You may not use our trademarks or branding without permission.

5. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. In-App Purchases

Mzansi Charades may offer in-app purchases or upgrades. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees that the App will always be available or error-free. Use it at your own risk. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App or via other communication methods. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
